ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead an experienced team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an accountant, bringing a strong foundation in organization, financial knowledge, and attention to detail into agency ownership. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Houston, happily married, and a mom of two. Family is incredibly important to me, and outside of work, I love to travel.
Staying connected to and supporting our local community is also an important part of our agency.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing reimbursement, professional coaching, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
